Home-care scheduling that starts with the rota you already have. Photograph it, publish it, and fill the gaps from the caregivers who can actually take them.
Caregivers see every shift from every agency they work with in one week. Agencies see what is covered, what is not, and who can fix it. Both of them open the app to a day that is already worked out.
Your day — one tap and the day is already worked out, for caregivers and office staff alike. Shift confirmations — a tap for the caregiver, an at-a-glance list for the agency. Ranked cover for call-offs, with an approval step. Matching that scores open shifts on travel time, availability, overtime and what each caregiver said they want. And no double-booking: overlapping shifts are refused outright.
Every number in CareRooster is counted from the schedule — hours, drive times, overtime, who is free. Nothing is guessed. And nothing changes anyone’s schedule by itself: the app brings you the answer, you decide what to do with it.
Nothing, for everyone, while we launch — through March 2027. Agencies and caregivers both. No card, no trial countdown.
CareRooster is a scheduling tool. It is not an employer or an employment agency, and it does not verify qualifications or run background checks — those stay with the agency. It holds no client medical information: shifts carry a client reference, never a patient record.
CareRooster runs on the web as well as on a phone — the same screens, the same account. Handy for an office where the schedule is built at a desk.
