A scheduling tool. Agencies put their rota in, post shifts they need covering, and pick who takes them. Caregivers see their week and put their hand up for work.
We are not an employer, an employment agency, or a party to any arrangement between an agency and a caregiver. Pay, hours, contracts, insurance, background checks and training are between you and the agency you work for. We do not verify anybody's qualifications, and a caregiver appearing in the app is not a statement by us that they are qualified or safe to send to a client.
Agencies remain responsible for their own compliance — licensing, background checks, training hours, supervision, and record keeping. What the app records is a convenience, not a legal register.
You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. An agency account may only be created by somebody authorised to act for that agency.
Post anything false, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory. Impersonate somebody. Share another person's details without their permission. Use the app to advertise anything other than care work. Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We remove content and suspend accounts that do these things. Report anything you see under Privacy and safety; we look at reports within 24 hours.
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it is meant for — an agency you applied to, or a caregiver you are messaging.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or that everything in it is accurate. Notifications depend on your device and network and can be delayed or lost, so do not rely on the app alone for anything urgent.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost pay, missed shifts, or any indirect loss arising from using the app.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
